For Novasina, social responsibility is not an abstract concept, but an integral part of our corporate philosophy. For many years, we have been working closely with the BSZ Foundation, thereby consciously focusing on creating value in Switzerland and supporting people who need assistance.
The BSZ Foundation supports and employs people with physical, mental, or cognitive disabilities, providing them with meaningful work that matches their abilities. The goal is to promote participation in the workforce, develop individual strengths, and create opportunities—all within a supportive, professional environment.
Our Partnership in Practice
As part of this partnership, Novasina awards contracts worth five-figure sums to the BSZ Foundation each year. We made a conscious decision to enter into this partnership and view it as an integral part of our value creation. This decision reflects our long-term commitment to social responsibility, regional value creation, and stable partnerships in Switzerland. The employees of the BSZ Foundation perform a wide range of assembly, manufacturing, and packaging tasks for Novasina that are directly integrated into our production and supply chain.
